Executive Presence Snapshot

21 quick items, about 10 minutes.

How you come across, on your own terms

Executive presence is the effect you have on others while you work, whether they trust your judgment, stay with you under pressure, and understand your message. It is how you show up when the stakes are high and how you lead from the front. This assessment looks at three things: whether you stay steady under pressure (Composure), whether you hold your own under scrutiny (Confidence), and whether your message actually lands (Clarity).

Rate each statement honestly, based on the present situation and how you see things currently.
