Executive Presence Assessment
21 quick items, about 10 minutes.
How you come across, on its own terms
Executive presence isn't about what you're trying to accomplish — it's about how you land in the room while you're doing it. This assessment looks at three things: whether you stay steady under pressure (Composure), whether you hold your own under scrutiny (Confidence), and whether your message actually lands (Clarity).
Rate each statement honestly, based on how you actually behave — not how you'd like to behave.
